BOND / OBLIGATION & TRANSACTION FEE 2 (Internaltional - 3.03 euros)

• h1c SARL-S expects only one Bond per person. 
• The same bank account you used for payment will be used for the reimbursement. THE BOND FACE VALUE IS INCREASED WITH TRANSACTION FEE 1 (EEA - 1.98 euros) OR 2 (Internaltional - 3.03 euros).
• Otherwise it will be considered that the face value has been reimbursed for the amount equal to
  • the transacction fee; or
  • 1 euro when paid with the wrong transaction fee.

In case of paying for more than one Bond, you will be reimbursed immediately. (THE TRANSACTION FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REIMBURSEMENT AMOUNT. TO AVOID THE LOSS OF 1.98 TO 3.03 EUROS OR MORE, PLEASE DON'T PAY FOR MORE THAN ONE BOND!)

Bondholder has asked the possibility to use his/her bank account - which is linked to his/her email registration and bank ID - for his/her family member(s) bonds payment. Note that in accordance with the issuing principle - h1c accepts only one bond per person. Without their email registrations and bank IDs to simplify their ID identification/verification, for bond registration it will be necessary to provide their:

• first name (middle name(s) if any) and last name, 
• gender,
• Date of birth, and
• Nationality(ies)

• Their bank IDs will be provided to receive the yield distributions, and their bank account holder's names shall correspond to the provided names (for bond registration).
• If his/her family member(s) agree to transfer all yield distributions to his/her bank account, h1c will need:
• Their valid ID documents for verification, and
• Their formal and valid consents to have their yield distributions transferred to his/her bank account. (h1c could help to design digital tools to ease the consent process after their ID verification.)

This is not a normal process, so a bond payment per time and per his/her familiy member.
