h1c as an online certified shop for BIO produces created since June 2021, had come to the conclusion that the market BIO is not profitable enough for small actors.
It is clear that the need to preserve the biodiversity and to manage negative impacts of chemicals on our health are two important subjects today. We don't need to wait 5 to 10 years more, until we can fully understand without controversial, to know that using less chemicals, is the best way to slow down the destruction of biodiversity and improve our health.
One way of doing it, is the organic farming and the BIO produces consumption. The problem is that the production costs are higher than non-organic farming. So it is very difficult to make business around BIO produces profitable.
Consequently, It is crucial to be inventive and not follow the existing market structure related to food supply chain and model of cost competitiveness.
The potential of development for BIO businesses and BIO farming is big, because of consumers' increasing health improvement requirements and of the alarming environmental situation needing for biodiversity preservation.
For that end, h1c's new project aims to develop direct relationships between consumers and farmers/businesses, putting focus on synergy effect, and consumer trust enhancement effect.
All actors, from farmers to producers and other business owners of BIO produces are targeted by this project. To increase their profitability until becoming viable and more. Especially those small actors need the most! Be profitable and live a healthy life as expected.
This project is also of interest for non-BIO farmers and businesses. Because the profitability is the driver for them to make the transition to BIO activities.
The consumers are expecting to have more choices and have their basic needs for BIO produces satisfied, with affordable prices. The profitability project for BIO activities is not designed to make the prices linked to these basic needs higher.
The consumers can also benefit from the project by becoming part of the system. New way of earning money around BIO produces will be explored for anyone who are interested to participate in it.
h1c for the project is, now, issuing 10,000 bonds of 100 euros face value/nominal value per bond. I am speaking to all consumers, please engage with me in this project. The goal is to be accountable to many consumers and not only to one or several institutional or individual investors. So, each consumer, no matter how much you believe in or want to be part of this project, you can only register for 1 bond, which means 100 euros maximum investment.
